LV Ying, Deputy Secretary General of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, delivered a keynote speech at the forum, introduced the development status of the construction machinery industry and predicted the market in 2015.
According to the analysis, after the high growth period, the overall sales volume of domestic construction machinery products is in a consolidation state, but the consumption structure of some products has changed greatly, so the demand for tire products has also been greatly adjusted.

Annual sales volume of loaders decreased by 17%
As an important classification of shovel transport machinery, loaders account for a large proportion in construction machinery, and most of them are wheel loaders, and the amount of tires is also large.
According to statistics, in 2014, the annual sales volume of loaders in China was 150600, down 17% from 2013. From the comparison of monthly sales trend, the seasonality is very strong. March is the annual sales peak, which is in this form whether in a particularly turbulent year or a particularly gentle year.
According to the data given by LV Ying, from 2012 to 2014, the sales volume of loaders in March was about 25000, and the sales volume in March 2011 was about 40000, the highest monthly sales volume in recent years. He said that this has formed a law, and there may be some subtle changes in the data in the future, but the overall trend will not change.
Truck crane is no longer brilliant
Crane is also a kind of construction machinery that uses more tires. It is understood that in China, tens of thousands of truck cranes were sold every year, accounting for a very large proportion in the world, but there have been many new changes in recent years.
These changes are mainly reflected in the continuous decline in the number. Among them, small tonnage truck cranes are replaced by truck cranes, and the sales of medium and large tonnage (more than 100 tons) truck cranes are greatly reduced.
LV Ying explained that in 2012, the national sales volume of medium and large tonnage (more than 100 tons) truck cranes reached the peak, and then decreased successively. In 2014, the sales volume was less than 300. In addition to emissions and overruns, there are also some policy problems. The demand for medium-sized cranes below 100 tons is insufficient, while small cranes below 25 tons are gradually replaced by truck cranes.
Statistics show that in 2014, the sales volume of truck cranes in China was 14096, a year-on-year decrease of 27.8%; The sales volume of truck mounted cranes reached 11042, a year-on-year increase of 18.2%.
Forklift scale concentrated outbreak
According to statistics, in 2014, the sales volume of industrial vehicles (mainly forklifts) in China was 359600 units, a year-on-year increase of 9.39%.
LV Ying said that the explosive growth of forklift sales has a lot to do with the development of logistics and storage industry in recent years. In particular, the scale of e-commerce is becoming larger and larger, its storage scale is becoming larger and larger, the degree of concentration is becoming higher and higher, and the demand for forklifts has increased significantly.
With the increase of the overall demand for forklifts, the proportion of electric forklifts is also gradually increasing. It is understood that in previous years, the proportion of domestic electric forklift and internal combustion forklift was about 1:2, while the international proportion was 2:1. However, in the second half of 2014, the proportion of forklift sales in China basically reached 1:1.5.
LV Ying said that some major forklift enterprises have taken action, and the trend of increasing the proportion of electric forklifts will continue in the future.
